Our Mission

Pastor Gary and his wife Marji have been faithfully serving God in ministry for more than 30 years. What started as a sincere love for a forgiving Savior quickly turned into a passion to submit to His calling to full-time ministry in His Church. In the fall of 2009 God called them to start a new work in the rugged town of Rawlins, WY.  After 14 years of church planting training, they planted The Oasis Chruch of Rawlins with a goal of reaching the lost, delivering those help captive by sin and religion, and imparting the love and grace of Jesus Christ into a hurting community. Today, our focus remains on getting outside the walls of the physical church building and BEING the church to those who we come in contact with. By fostering an intimate relationship with our Lord ourselves, the light of Christ emanates from the lives of His disciples. We invite those who have been hurt by legalistic religion, the struggling addict, and curious seeker to come and experience the joy of a faith filled life found by those who sincerely seek the King called Jesus. May the true love expressed through His ultimate sacrifice melt away all fear, pride and hindrance so you and your loved ones may know the Savior and make Him known through your lives.
